The Plant Manager assume the following responsibilities such as manage and drive site deliverable, responsible for both human and material resource, develop employee knowledge through training, team work and job flexibility, oversee the production process, ensure that production is cost effective, ensure that products produced are on time and meet quality standard, draft a time scale for each job, adjust work schedule as required. This position also assumes responsibility for equipment maintenance and assist in the selection of new equipment, liaising with other Senior Staff members from the mother company. Candidate has to implement company policies and goals, ensure that all employees respect Health and Safety guidelines, supervise and motivate employees, review the performance of subordinates and take appropriate corrective measures when necessary and help the mother company drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
This position required 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing which included the direct supervision of employees. Excellent communication, motivation skills, computer and technical skills. Candidate must have ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner. Relevant experience in personnel management.
Education
Bachelor Degree, University or college degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Electronic.
